Racked up a lot of parking fines and couldn't afford to pay it?

Project 20 is available for people who cannot afford to pay their parking tickets or traffic violations. People are assigned community service hours in lieu of paying the fine. To participate you must have a signed contract from the SFMTA obtained in person from the Customer Service Center located at 11 South Van Ness Avenue at Market Street.
